Lupércio Mundim

Spanish and Portuguese sites evaluator

 

Lupércio Mundim is the owner and only evaluator of the Poetic Soul Award Program, established in 6 of october of 2002. He was born in november 4 of 1946 in Brazil and lived in the cities of Ipameri, Goiânia and Rio de Janeiro.He is a lawyer and studied in the Anhanguera University of Goiânia.

He start to create his personal sites in 1995, created 56 personal sites about the matters of his interest, like poetry and photography, but now have only 16 online because the question of time to managing them. For him the most important in a site is the content and the design, the sites must be originals, interesting, useful and friendly for all.

Lupércio Mundim is Certified Evaluator of the IWARA (nw) - International Web Award Rating Association, of the Lagoon View Yacht Club Nautical Awards (nw), of the ATC (nw) - Award Treasure Chest, of the Poetic Soul Award Program (nw), of the Poetic Soul Award Index (nw) and of the Lupe´s Awards (nw).
