SOTY Criteria



-The Nominee websites for the CBS SOTY 2007 are all CBS Gold Award winners of the year 2007.


-The website must be in English

-The Judges Panel is divided into five continents and each continent may be composed by one or more Judges. The evaluations are run under the CBS Award Program Criteria and use the same evaluation sheet.


-Every Judge may assign from 0 to 100 score points.


-If a continent has more than one Judge, the total of scored points will be all Judges' score points added and divided by the number of Judges.

-If one or more websites total an equal number of score points I shall add the number of points earned in each website's original evaluation.

-At this present time the African continent has no active Award Program. Therefore, it is possible that I may call in a Judge from another continent to represent Africa.
